DB’s mission is to empower innovators to create, transform, and disrupt industries by unleashing the power of software and data. We enable organizations of all sizes to easily build, scale, and run modern applications by helping them modernize legacy workloads, embrace innovation, and unleash AI. Atlas is the platform that enables customers to build and run applications anywhere—on premises, or across cloud providers.

We own related services, including telemetry pipelines, monitoring, and alerting infrastructure. The stack includes Victoria Metrics, Splunk, Quick Wit, Jaeger, Fluentbit, and Vector. The role involves collaborating with SWE and SRE teams to promote and implement best practices in instrumenting and monitoring services.
This is a highly collaborative role with ownership of key internal infrastructure.
This role can sit in our NYC HQ on a hybrid basis, or be fully remote from a location in either Eastern or Central time zones.
