Overview
Reporting to the Director, Data Engineering, the Salesforce Database Administrator is the primary provider of internal user support and training, of system maintenance, and of system enhancements to improve utility and data quality for United Way's Salesforce-based service delivery and engagement platforms, as well as other connected application systems.
Responsibilities- Provide internal user support and training for Salesforce-based platforms and connected application systems.
- Perform system maintenance and implement enhancements to improve utility and data quality.
- Collaborate with data engineering and IT teams to ensure reliable operations and data integrity.
