Shape the future of payroll for enterprise organizations with Oracle Cloud. As a senior‑level Oracle HCM Cloud US Payroll expert, you will work on high‑impact programs, delivering sophisticated solutions for enterprise and public‑sector clients.

• Lead US payroll‑focused design workshops and discovery sessions
• Configure Oracle HCM Cloud US Payroll, including Fast Formula, elements, calculation cards, and payroll process flows
• Partner with clients to solve complex payroll, compliance, and reporting challenges
• Support pre‑sales efforts with demos, solution design, and proposal input
• Develop OTBI reports and payroll analytics to support decision‑making
• Act as a trusted escalation point and mentor to junior consultants

• Proven hands‑on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud – US Payroll
• Strong configuration expertise across Fast Formula, elements, calculation cards, and process flows
• Experience leading client workshops and documenting functional designs
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders

• Experience with Absence Management, Benefits, or Compensation Workbench
• OTBI reporting and/or SQL knowledge
• Experience supporting pre‑sales activities, bids, or client demonstrations

• Globally recognized Oracle Partner with deep HCM and Payroll expertise
