In this role, you'll be on a mission to boost SER’s digital footprint: driving high-quality website traffic, increasing brand mentions across the web, and ensuring our thought leadership shows up where it matters most – from traditional search engines and AI overviews to forums, Wikipedia, and beyond.

Increase SER’s visibility in search engines and LLM tools

• Research, create and distribute guest articles for relevant blogs and industry magazines
• Actively participate in relevant conversations on platforms such as Linked In, Reddit, You Tube and public user groups
• Initiate and contribute to meaningful discussions across forums and social media platforms
• Contribute to semantic SEO efforts in platforms like Wikidata and Wikipedia
• Continuously monitor KPIs and performance to adapt and enhance strategies and tactics

Boost SER’s digital presence with high-impact website content

• Write unique, longtail-focused content for our blog and website (bottom-of-funnel content and other high-intent formats)
• Continuously optimize and update existing web content for relevance and SEO impact
• Experiment with new content formats designed to improve presence in AI overviews and LLM tools
• Support the creation of new AI-based content workflows using tools like pre-trained GPTs

Establish SER’s internal experts as thought leaders

• Collaborate with key employees to define focus topics and conduct interviews as content input
• Create blog posts and guest articles as a ghostwriter (with support from generative AI)
• Repurpose content into Linked In articles, short-form posts and contributions to forum

• A passion for search, SEO and digital content
• Excellent English writing skills (US native)
• Curiosity to explore new platforms, trends, and AI tools
• A desire to learn more about document management/enterprise content management, automation and AI
• A structured, proactive, and creative mindset
• Initial experience in content marketing, SEO or communications is a plus
• Either a university degree (e.g. in Marketing) or comparable work experience
