ZAIDYN by ZS is a Life Sciences Intelligence Platform that helps commercial and medical teams operate as a system of intelligence, connecting data, analytics, AI, and workflows to accelerate decisions and outcomes. Our Field Performance product line empowers life sciences field teams with insight‑led planning, dynamic targeting, and incentive alignment, to drive commercial excellence.
PRODUCT MARKETERWe’re hiring a seasoned Product Marketer to define and scale the story of ZAIDYN Field Performance, the agentic AI platform transforming how life sciences field teams plan, perform, and engage. You’ll partner across product, industry marketing, sales, and customer success to shape the narrative, craft differentiated positioning, and drive adoption across global markets. This is a role for a strategic storyteller, someone fluent in AI, analytics, and enterprise platforms, able to translate complex technology into clear, inspiring value for customers.
You’ll combine product depth, creative communication, and commercial acumen to make ZAIDYN Field Performance the category leader in Field Planning and Incentive Compensation.
- Positioning & Narrative
- Define and refine the ICP, buying committee, and value architecture for Field Performance.
- Craft messaging that connects ZAIDYN products into one unified, differentiated platform story.
- Tailor product narratives by region and audience, collaborating with industry marketers to align GTM across markets.
- Go‑to‑Market Strategy & Launches
- Develop GTM strategy and tiered launch plans across features and products.
- Partner with Product Management, other marketers, and to deliver and measure cohesive, data‑driven GTM plans.
- Own packaging and positioning inputs for pricing and commercial strategy.
- Sales Enablement & Adoption
- Develop high‑impact enablement assets: messaging frameworks, case studies, ROI stories, demo flows, and battle cards.
- Lead enablement sessions for AEs, SDRs, and other members of the marketing team to ensure field fluency.
- Build advocacy programs with case studies and customer success stories.
- Storytelling & Evangelism
- Represent the product internally and externally, educating and inspiring audiences across web, social, and events.
- Ideate, script, and record engaging product demos and videos that showcase AI‑driven capabilities and real‑world impact.
- Simplify complex AI and analytics concepts into accessible, memorable stories that inspire belief and adoption.
- Customer & Market Intelligence
- Execute market, buyer, and competitive research to inform GTM priorities.
- Own win/loss analysis, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Stay ahead of developments in data, AI, and agentic AI, shaping ZAIDYN’s differentiation strategy.
- 10–12 years in B2B SaaS Product Marketing, ideally for enterprise platforms or data/AI‑driven products.
- Proven experience collaborating with Product, Sales, and Marketing on launches and growth.
- Deep sales enablement expertise, from narrative design to competitive storytelling.
- Fluency in commercial life sciences or related domains (field effectiveness, CRM, incentives).
- Familiarity with Veeva or Salesforce ecosystems a plus; comfort with data governance and compliance.
