Strategic Partnerships Manager (Fine-Pitch LED/COB Modules)

As the key business development representative in the U.S. market, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing strategic partnerships with leading LED display brands, premium system integrators, and virtual production solution providers. Your primary mission is not to sell standard products, but to act as a technical and commercial liaison, driving joint development (OEM/ODM) projects based on our custom COB module capabilities—positioning us as a critical technology partner within their supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute a targeted partnership strategy for the North American high‑end LED display market, focusing on custom fine‑pitch and COB applications such as virtual production, control rooms, corporate experience centers, and digital cinema.
  • Directly engage with decision‑makers in procurement, supply chain, and product development at top‑tier U.S. brands and integrators, building long‑term trusted relationships that evolve into collaborative development partnerships.
  • Deeply understand client product roadmaps and technical challenges, working closely with our R&D and engineering teams in China to lead the design, proposal, and delivery of tailored module solutions that translate our responsive engineering into client competitive advantage.
  • Manage the full partnership lifecycle from initial technical alignment and prototyping to testing, validation, and production rollout, serving as the primary bridge between U.S.‑based partners and our China headquarters.
  • Gather and communicate insights on market trends, competitor activities, and partner needs to inform company product strategy and development priorities.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 5+ years in B2B business development, strategic partnerships, or technical sales within the Pro AV, professional display industry.
  • Proven experience in OEM/ODM partnership development or key account management with U.S.

    -based LED display brands, major AV integrators, or virtual production technology firms.
  • Solid understanding of fine‑pitch LED display technology, particularly COB packaging, and its application in demanding environments.
  • Established network of contacts with decision‑makers at relevant U.S. brands/integrators.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to communicate effectively with both engineers and business executives.
  • Excellent project management and cross‑cultural collaboration skills.
  • Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, capable of working independently in a remote role.
  • Ability to travel domestically (U.S.) frequently and occasionally to China.
