Responsibilities
- Respond and resolve IT incidents and requests.
- Deploy and maintain software and hardware components necessary to deliver IT services.
- Deliver periodic end‑user training on relevant topics.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of end‑user hardware and software.
- Ship equipment as necessary.
- Maintain and utilize the management‑device‑management (MDM) system.
- Configure and maintain Active Directory policies and organizational units.
- Re‑image laptops using the system image.
- Perform other duties as required or directed by the manager.
- Mandatory
- Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Minimum of 2 years IT technical support experience.
- Experience supporting mobile devices (iPad/iPhone).
- Demonstrated ability to work with a wide variety of people, with an emphasis on cultural sensitivity.
- Desirable
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industries preferred.
Entry Level
Job Type & LocationContract position based out of Boston, MA.
Pay and BenefitsPay range: $38.00 – $38.00 /hr.
