Responsibilities

  • Respond and resolve IT incidents and requests.
  • Deploy and maintain software and hardware components necessary to deliver IT services.
  • Deliver periodic end‑user training on relevant topics.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of end‑user hardware and software.
  • Ship equipment as necessary.
  • Maintain and utilize the management‑device‑management (MDM) system.
  • Configure and maintain Active Directory policies and organizational units.
  • Re‑image laptops using the system image.
  • Perform other duties as required or directed by the manager.
Qualifications
  • Mandatory
  • Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years IT technical support experience.
  • Experience supporting mobile devices (iPad/iPhone).
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a wide variety of people, with an emphasis on cultural sensitivity.
  • Desirable
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industries preferred.

Pay and Benefits

Pay range: $38.00 – $38.00 /hr.
