Job Description & How to Apply Below

We’re looking for a Senior
UX Designer to join our Product team and help shape the experience of our Agentic Security Platform. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Security subject-matter experts to design workflows that turn complex security problems into clear, confident user experiences.

This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys tackling complex systems, and wants real ownership over product direction in an early-stage environment. 7AI is at the forefront of the AI revolution, and our UX Design team gets to write the playbook on what UI should look like in AI-Native SaaS products.

What You’ll Do
  • Design end-to-end user experiences for complex security workflows, from threat investigation to automated response

  • Translate technical concepts (AI agents, alerts, policies, risk signals) into intuitive interfaces

  • Collaborate with Product Managers to define user problems, requirements, and success metrics

  • Partner closely with Engineers to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and well-implemented

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using modern design tools

  • Conduct user research and usability testing with security practitioners to validate and iterate on designs

  • Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and speed

  • Advocate for user-centered design across the organization

What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience designing SaaS or enterprise products

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful UX for complex or technical systems

  • Experience designing workflows, dashboards, or data-heavy interfaces

  • Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and tradeoffs

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving requirements

  • Strong collaboration skills across product, engineering, and leadership

  • Proficiency with tools like Figma (or equivalent)
