We raised +$30M from top-tier VCs such as Khosla Ventures (first investor in OpenAI, Git Lab, Stripe, Doordash) and are in a hyper-growth phase looking for motivated people to complement our team. Our headquarters are in San Francisco (Salesforce Tower), but our team is distributed around the globe and we have a remote‑first work culture.

We’re the company behind vCluster, an open-source technology for virtualizing Kubernetes (+10k Git Hub stars). Open source is part of our DNA.

The adoption of our commercial product based on vCluster has grown extremely fast (multi‑million dollar revenue) and our customer base includes some of the biggest companies in the world, including 6 Global Fortune 500 companies as well as some of the fastest‑growing tech unicorns.

• Owning full-cycle recruiting primarily for our Go‑To‑Market (GTM) organization—including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Engineering—while stepping in to support technical and G&A roles as needed.
• Partnering with leadership to build our recruiting engine from the ground up, helping to select tools, establish best practices, and design interview workflows.
• Acting as a trusted strategic advisor to hiring managers, coaching them on score carding, bias mitigation, and closing strategies.
• Sourcing and engaging passive talent to build high‑quality pipelines, ensuring we are not relying solely on inbound applicants for critical roles.
• Driving an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring transparent communication and efficient processes for every individual who enters our pipeline.

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting within a high‑growth tech startup, with a specific depth of expertise in GTM (Sales and Revenue) hiring.
• A "builder" mindset with the ability to operate in an ambiguous environment—you enjoy setting up processes where none existed before.
• Versatility and agility to pivot between high‑volume GTM roles and niche searches across other departments as the company scales.
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern AI recruiting tools.
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to act as a partner to the business, not just an order taker.
• Previous Startup experience.

• Referenceable experience hiring AE’s from “Playbook” companies.
