(Blue Rose) is seeking an Intermediate Analyst to support a federal client with mission-critical analysis, data-driven insights, and operational decision support. In this role, you will apply established analytic methodologies to evaluate project objectives, support strategic initiatives, and collaborate closely with senior program staff.

This position is ideal for an analyst who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced federal environment. What You'll Do As an Intermediate Analyst, you will:
* Apply analytic methodologies and principles to address client needs and evaluate project objectives
* Perform core analyst functions including data collection, interviewing, data modeling, research, and survey support
* Support project teams with analysis related to budgeting, cost control, statistical process control, and risk modeling
* Use analytical tools and techniques to develop insights that contribute to strategic direction and decision-making
* Create professional documents, briefings, and presentations to support project and executive-level needs
* Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, including DAX formulas
* Integrate SharePoint and Excel for real-time data analysis, leveraging advanced Excel capabilities such as Pivot Tables
* Work closely with senior program staff and cross-functional team members to support project objectives
* Demonstrate strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in daily coordination and reporting Schedule & Shift Details
* Full-time (40 hours/week)
* Onsite support during standard federal business hours Requirements
* U.S. Citizenship required
* Public Trust clearance required or higher
* 3-5 years of professional analytical experience applying analytic methodologies in a business, operational, or government setting
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Experience with Power BI dashboard and report development, including DAX
* Advanced Microsoft Excel experience, including Pivot Tables and data integration
* Familiarity with financial systems and budgeting or cost-related analysis
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing and delivering executive or group presentations
* Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Proven attention to detail and ability to meet planned and unplanned deadlines
* Professional demeanor and ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders Additional Requirements
* Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting, bending, and extended seated work
* Good vision required for reading, typing, and using standard office equipment
* Business casual dress required at a minimum
* Ability to obtain and maintain DHS background suitability (HSPD-12)
