Responsibilities
• Shape and lead the strategy for expanding U.S. market presence, defining sales goals and long‑term growth plans.
• Drive direct sales with large accounts while cultivating partner/channel opportunities to accelerate revenue.
• Orchestrate complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles—from opportunity identification and ROI selling to negotiation and closing.
• Build and sustain executive‑level relationships that position the company as a trusted, strategic partner.
• Collaborate with global product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure sales align with product vision and customer needs.
• Deliver accurate forecasts, share market insights.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
Requirements
• 6+ years of sales experience in the medical devices sector, preferably with capital equipment or advanced medical technologies.
• Proven track record of driving direct sales with large accounts and developing partner/channel relationships.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles and closing high‑value deals.
• Strong background in executive‑level selling, contract negotiation, and ROI/value‑based sales.
• Technically fluent, with the ability to translate advanced technologies into clinical and financial value.
• Comfortable working in international, matrix, and remote‑first environments.
• Nice to have: existing network within potential clients, and familiarity with video, wireless, or visualization technologies in healthcare.
