The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to help scale and secure the critical infrastructure behind our global market data platforms. Our systems power real-time trading, analytics, and decision-making for financial institutions worldwide, processing millions of updates per second with near-zero latency.

As a Senior SRE, you will sit at the intersection of software engineering and operations, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance across globally distributed environments. You will architect automation, improve observability, and respond to high-severity incidents that directly impact the financial ecosystem. This is a high-impact role for engineers who thrive on solving complex problems at scale.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure Platform Reliability:
Monitor, maintain, and improve availability and performance of mission-critical, low-latency market data systems.

• Build Resilient

Infrastructure: Design and deploy highly available systems across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

• Automate Everything:
Develop CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and self-healing systems to reduce manual toil.

• Incident Response:
Lead response for high-severity events, driving root cause analysis and long-term remediation.

• Observability:
Implement advanced monitoring, tracing, and logging solutions to deliver deep visibility into global distributed systems.

Collaboration:

Partner with software engineers, data engineers, and security teams to integrate reliability and resilience into system design.

• Performance Optimization:
Tune systems for ultra-low latency and high throughput, leveraging advanced caching, networking, and distributed computing strategies.

• Mentorship:
Share best practices with peers and junior engineers, fostering a culture of operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For

•

Experience:

7+ years in SRE, Dev Ops, or infrastructure engineering roles, ideally supporting real-time or high-frequency systems.

• Technical Expertise:
Strong skills in Linux systems, networking, container orchestration (Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Programming:
Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java for automation and tooling.

• Market Data Domain Knowledge (Preferred):

Experience with real-time data feeds, financial exchange connectivity, or low-latency distributed systems.

• Resilience Focus:
Deep understanding of fault tolerance, disaster recovery, and distributed system design.

• Monitoring Tools:
Hands-on experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, or similar observability stacks.

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
