ETL Developer Business Liaison

Responsibilities

• Contribute to application architecture documentation to align work with requirements
• Create design artifacts, prototypes, and POCs
• Deliver high-quality code, support peer reviews, and document assigned modules
• Lead validation activities across all testing types
• Support Go Live planning and lead assigned tasks
• Perform root‑cause analysis and implement solutions post‑implementation
• Participate in knowledge transfer, prepare system documentation, and assist transition
• Conduct impact analysis, prioritize issues, and ensure production support per SLAs
• Lead data integration projects and mentor team members
• Communicate IT changes effectively to minimize downtime
• Bridge business and IT by understanding both areas for maximum effectiveness

• Bachelor’s degree or three years of dynamic experience in the specialty
• At least 3 years of experience in Informatica IICS ETL
• At least 3 years of experience in Snowflake
• Experience with other ETL platforms (SSIS, ODI, CDATA)
• Good experience in end‑to‑end implementation of data warehouse and data marts
• Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience in SQL, Unix shell scripting

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
