About AI-Powered Women

AI-Powered Women (AIPW) is an MIT‑anchored global leadership platform preparing women to lead in the age of AI — combining applied AI fluency, ethical leadership, and deeply human systems of work.

In our first year, we convened 5,000+ women across 50+ countries through a 1,200‑seat flagship conference at MIT, a year‑round Academy, and Human‑Centered AI Certification programs. Our speakers and collaborators span technology, policy, business, academia, and culture.

AIPW is not just a conference company or a course platform, it is a category‑defining movement at the intersection of AI, leadership, and humanity.

Demand & momentum is real, and what we are building next requires the right growth partner.

Where We Are Right Now (Please Read Carefully)

AI-Powered Women is still very small, and pre‑startup (we are working on our first pre‑seed round now).

Today, the work is carried by a tiny, scrappy team:

  • A founder
  • A lean core team of contractors
  • A few fractional collaborators

We do not have:

  • A large marketing team

This role exists because demand is outpacing capacity — and because the right growth leader can help turn our momentum and demand into hockey stick growth. This is a hands‑on, revenue‑owning growth role for someone who can build and run a full growth engine from near‑zero budget, ambiguous inputs, and a very small team—while being accountable to real numbers.

If you need predictability, stability, or a traditional job structure, this role will feel uncomfortable. If you thrive on building from scarcity toward scale, this role may feel energizing.

The Opportunity

This is a fractional, revenue‑owning growth role for a high‑integrity operator who wants real ownership, real financial upside, and meaningful impact.

You will design, build, and operate the growth engine yourself before anything is systematized or delegated. There is no separate sales team. There is no performance marketing department. There is no one else to “hand this off to.”

This is not a marketing role. It is a build‑the‑machine role.

You will work directly with the founder and core team to translate credibility, content, and community into scalable revenue — using AI as a core growth lever and amplifier to all your work.

What You Will Own 1. Revenue-Driving Growth (Primary Accountability)

You will personally carry responsibility for growth across AIPW’s core revenue streams, including:

  • Conference attendance (in‑person and virtual)
  • Academy and Certification enrollment
  • New offerings as the platform expands

This includes:

  • Designing offers, bundles, and launch windows
  • Owning the growth funnel end‑to‑end
  • Turning trust and momentum into measurable revenue
2. AI-First Growth & Automation (Non‑Negotiable)

AI is central to this role.

You will use AI to help a very small team operate like a much larger one by:

  • Designing and deploying AI‑enabled workflows, automations, and lightweight agents
  • Repurposing content at scale
  • Personalizing outreach and campaigns
  • Accelerating experimentation and insight generation
  • Reducing manual work across growth functions

You must be comfortable personally building AI‑powered systems.

You will orchestrate growth across:

  • Email
  • Linked In
  • Partnerships and affiliates
  • Speaker and community amplification
  • Selective paid experiments (when justified)

Content already exists. Credibility already exists.

Your job is to activate and compound it, not just produce more.

4. Human-Centered, Trust-Based Growth

AIPW is built on credibility and care.

You will:

  • Drive growth without extractive or manipulative tactics
  • Protect the integrity of the brand and community
  • Balance urgency with ethics, performance with humanity

You will:

  • Run high‑leverage tests with limited resources
  • Double down on what works
  • Cut what doesn’t
  • Move without waiting for perfect data or perfect conditions
