Aaratech Inc. is seeking an innovative Business Analyst – AI & Automation to support automation and intelligent technology initiatives. This role focuses on identifying automation opportunities, documenting requirements, and supporting implementation efforts.

• Identify business processes suitable for automation and AI solutions.
• Analyze current workflows and define future-state processes.
• Gather and document functional and technical requirements.
• Create user stories and automation specifications.
• Work with business, IT, and automation teams.
• Support solution design and implementation.
• Track automation performance and business benefits.
• Support UAT and post-implementation activities.
• Work with Agile methodologies and automation tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of Business Analyst experience
• Exposure to AI, RPA, or automation concepts preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
