ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
Platform Leadership
- Provide strategic leadership, direction, and vision for the development of the Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) platform, ensuring it is reliable, performant, and globally scalable.
- Mentor, coach, and develop senior engineers and emerging leaders to build a high-performing organization.
- Drive enhancements within the existing software architecture while envisioning and implementing long-term architectural improvements.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement across engineering teams.
Strategic Leadership
- Define and articulate an ambitious AI-driven product vision for Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) platform.
- Develop and own the long-term roadmap for AI features and capabilities, ensuring alignment with customer needs, business priorities, and Oracle’s broader product strategy.
- Collaborate with Oracle EHR, Oracle SaaS teams, Customer Success, and Performance & Stress teams to influence product development and platform enhancements.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, AI advancements, and the competitive landscape to maintain Oracle’s leadership position.
Customer & Business Impact
- Champion a customer-first mindset, ensuring platform capabilities deliver measurable business value and improve customer outcomes.
- Act as the point of escalation for critical integration services, safeguarding service reliability for mission-critical customer workloads.
- Drive operational excellence through automation, scalability initiatives, and cross-team collaboration.

US:
Hiring Range in USD from: $141,200 to $338,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week.
Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
