What You’ll Do Technical Architecture & Leadership

• Design and evolve data-intensive architecture for performance and scale
• Make thoughtful decisions on frameworks, infrastructure, and trade-offs
• Implement observability, auditability, and reliability standards across services
• Balance speed with scalability and long-term maintainability

Software Development & Delivery

• Lead development from prototype to production with rapid feedback loops
• Build modular, cloud-based services for data ingestion and workflow automation
• Translate ambiguous requirements into clear deliverables and measurable outcomes
• Maintain a bias toward simplicity, clarity, and integrity

Team Building & Culture

• Recruit, mentor, and inspire a small, high-performing team
• Create a culture of ownership, learning, and accountability
• Be both a hands‑on builder and a technical leader

Infrastructure, Security & Operations

• Establish CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments
• Oversee uptime, performance, and incident response
• Ensure compliance with enterprise‑grade security and regulated‑industry standards

Preferred Background

• Experience building or scaling data‑heavy SaaS products (ideally in regulated domains)
• Background in search, recommendation systems, or complex data modeling
• Experience building AI/ML or intelligent automation solutions
• Strong grounding in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and security best practices
• Prior leadership experience in an early‑stage or high‑growth environment
