ID is building the AI-first Talent Company to solve talent shortages  talent matching APIs (Candidate Match, Candidate Search, Job Search) are embedded in ATS, HCM, and job boards, powering 8–10 million job recommendations per month.

This API-first strategy generates training data, strengthens our models, and advances our mission to match every person to the right job. Many ATS platforms have tried to build their own search and match, only to learn it is slower, costlier, and riskier than expected. Adept

ID has shown early partners that our APIs are better, safer, faster to implement, and far cheaper than repeated in‑house initiatives.

• Own end-to-end enterprise implementations of our AI platform: gather requirements, develop POCs, lead onboarding, and drive customer value from initial setup to launch and beyond.
• Be the primary technical and product partner for a select group of high-value customers, ensuring their success while advocating for their needs internally.
• Serve as the voice of the customer to the product team, helping to shape our roadmap and create features that solve real-world hiring and talent matching challenges.
• Support the sales process by developing prototypes and demonstrating product value in high-stakes client conversations.
• Innovate and document processes that make future implementations easier, faster, and more impactful.
• Build hands-on expertise with production‑grade AI systems, gaining experience with APIs, data integration, and real-world model deployment.

• 5+ years of relevant experience. That might be in software implementation, solutions or sales engineering, product enablement, technology consulting, or another relevant function.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trust with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders at a range of seniority levels.
• Proficiency in Python. You’ll be working with data frames, JSON files, RESTful APIs, Snowflake databases, and more—mostly via Jupyter Notebooks in VSCode. You won’t be building production software, but will be analyzing large volumes of data and developing POCs.
• An ability to “figure it out” – our team members use ChatGPT, tutorials, and other resources to learn new skills daily.
• Strong technical curiosity and eagerness to grow expertise in AI and scalable product solutions.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, with experience translating business needs into technical outcomes.
• Self‑motivated and adaptable, thriving in a fast‑paced, early‑stage environment.
• Experience in HR tech is a plus.
