The Senior Applications Analyst Administrator will lead the GBFB Enterprise Technology and Services team in an analytic and administrative role to ensure that our use of key cloud-based applications (i.e. Salesforce and Net Suite) are being used effectively and efficiently and are meeting the needs of the organization. This role will work closely with the internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot, build, configure, and automate technology solutions to deliver business value and refine the overall platform that enables users to get the most out of the technology solutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Manages technology projects and cross-functional teams to determine resources needed and responsibly stewards them, tracks progress against established timelines, evaluates training, and monitors adoption. Collaborates across teams during the discovery phase to assess value, usability, and feasibility of enhancement concepts and experience.
- Acts as a business liaison with technology and vendors and provides end-user training and support.
- Gather requirements and design the most accurate and efficient solution possible.
- Participate in the change control process and documentation appropriately.
