About PwC – Our deals team provides strategic advice and support to clients in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. We help clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value.

As a Manager on the Strategy& Deals Technology Strategy team, you will analyze market trends, assess business opportunities, and develop strategic frameworks to guide clients in making informed decisions regarding their deals. You will coach and mentor team members, manage client accounts, and leverage technology to enhance service delivery.

• Analyze and identify linkages between components of a system.
• Take ownership of projects, ensuring planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.
• Partner with team leadership to ensure quality, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop skills outside your comfort zone and encourage others.
• Effectively mentor others.
• Use review of work to deepen expertise of team members.
• Address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders.
• Uphold professional and technical standards and firm policies.

• Oversee and guide teams in delivering exceptional client services.
• Leverage technology and innovative solutions to enhance service delivery.
• Mentor and develop junior staff.

• Drive engagement work streams to meet project objectives.
• Analyze complex data to inform strategic decisions.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 5 years of experience in software development, product management, technology consulting, or corporate development at a software or software-enabled business.

• Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management (preferred).
• Exposure to M&A environments and transformation.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and cloud technologies.
• Leading small teams in dynamic settings.
• Identifying product-related innovation opportunities.
• Demonstrating clear communication and collaboration skills.
• Embracing technology and innovation in delivery.

$99,000 – $232,000 (actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and location).
