Epic Wisdom Application Analyst (Ambulatory)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Application Analyst with expertise in Epic Wisdom to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on implementation and installation of Epic applications, module upgrades, new components, and modifications. The analyst is responsible for workflow configurations, go‑live support, and ongoing client support, as well as configuring application settings and validating configurations.

• Epic Ambulatory certification (mandatory)
• Experience on Wisdom project, with a path to obtain Wisdom Certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of Epic Practice Management system products
• Ability to configure, customize, and optimize Epic Wisdom modules
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with clinical staff, IT professionals, and business analysts
• Experience in training and knowledge transfer for end‑users

• Epic Wisdom Implementation – Lead the end‑to‑end setup and implementation of the Epic Wisdom system, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Configuration and Customization – Configure Epic Wisdom modules to meet specific needs and workflows, and implement customizations to optimize performance.
• Training and Knowledge Transfer – Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end‑users and facilitate knowledge transfer to internal teams.
• Collaboration and Communication – Work closely with the IT team to integrate Epic Wisdom with existing infrastructure and other healthcare information systems, providing updates on progress.
• Day‑to‑Day System Support – Address end‑user issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure system stability, collaborating with technical teams on infrastructure matters.
