The role supports an enterprise environment with a strong focus on mobile technologies, including iOS, Android, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms. The position is contract-based and centered on supporting and managing mobile devices and cellular services for business operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work and being the go-to person for mobile support. You’ll work closely with an established mobile team, gaining exposure to enterprise-scale device management, modern mobility tools, and real-world operational challenges. • Experience supporting iOS and Android devices
• Mobile Device Management (MDM) experience
• Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support experience
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory and two-factor authentication

• Experience with Microsoft Intune
• Familiarity with eSIMs and cellular services
• Experience supporting corporate Wi-Fi environments
