Requirements Must have:
We require candidates to hold Epic certification in Cheers Campaigns and MyChart. You should possess either a Bachelor’s degree, an Associate’s degree coupled with 2 years of relevant experience, or a High school diploma/GED accompanied by 4 years of related experience. A minimum of 1 year of experience in supporting Epic Cheers Campaigns and/or MyChart, whether in an operational or IT role, is essential.
This experience should include template management or basic build tasks.
- Area Resource: Providing foundational support for assigned operational areas with knowledge of Epic Cheers Campaigns/MyChart. You’ll assist in resolving typical issues and escalation complex problems as necessary.
- Build Support: Identifying basic build requirements, estimating time frames for project completion, and proposing initial solutions for team or management review.
- Triage & Troubleshooting: Participating in ticket triage by initially reviewing incoming issues and performing first-level analysis for standard or moderately complex requests. You’ll determine when a request necessitates project-based work.
- Configuration & Templates: Carrying out basic build and configuration tasks in accordance with departmental protocols, including minor rule modifications, visit type updates, or template creation based on established criteria. You’ll document decisions, update business rules, and assist in preparing user-facing documentation while performing unit testing on your work and collaborating with team members for quality assurance.
- Integrations & Upgrades: Assisting with tasks related to application integrations. You will research basic functionality within Epic and vendor systems, review application upgrades by checking release notes, and help update test scripts, escalating findings to senior team members or the manager.
- Communication & User Support: Maintaining clear communication with end-users regarding application matters. You’ll clarify straightforward topics and engage in regular meetings with Epic representatives as needed, gathering feedback from super-users and potentially aiding in training user groups under guidance.
