We are seeking a GenAI Specialist Solutions Architect to join our Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) Customer Enablement team
. In this role, you will collaborate with our engineering and science teams, as well as internal and external Generative AI customers, to build the applications of the future. If you are interested in learning new technologies, working directly with customers, and are data-driven, this may be the role for you.
You will be the voice of the customer, working alongside Amazon businesses to develop GenAI and agentic solutions that deliver immediate business value and shape the future of customer experience. You will help customers understand best practices and develop new patterns as you encounter new problem spaces. Your focus will be on the builder, providing insights to product, science, and engineering teams on how customers utilize our products and how we can improve.
You will be empowered to innovate on behalf of our customers and advocate for their needs throughout the design, build, and launch of next-generation models and agents.
This position requires excellent communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and compellingly across all levels of the company and externally. You will also be responsible for measuring business impact through metrics and customer feedback. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, adaptability, and the ability to work efficiently are essential.
Key job responsibilitiesThe Customer Enablement team is central to the Autonomy flywheel, serving as the bridge between customers and development efforts to drive adoption of Nova Act. We engage directly with users to build solutions and understand their use cases. Our team promotes customer adoption through interactions, usage data, and feedback to inform Autonomy feature prioritization.
Minimum qualifications- 8+ years in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data & analytics.
- 3+ years in application and infrastructure design, implementation, or consulting.
- 10+ years in IT development or consulting within the software or Internet industries.
- Knowledge of software development tools and methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent.
- 5+ years in infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking.
- Experience working with end-user or developer communities.
- Knowledge of AWS services, market segments, customer bases, and industry verticals.
