The Director, Digital Products oversees a team accountable for defining digital product strategy, engagement, and best in class customer experiences. The incumbent leads, coaches, inspires and motivates a team to create and deliver truly remarkable, influential and impactful work.

• Leads the strategic development of the digital cards area with a focus on developing new products / features, to present and defend proposals to senior management on innovation committees.
• Provides direction and contribute to the development, testing, and refinement of digital innovations.
• Conducts channel/product gap analysis, competitive research and industry evaluations to extract actionable insights to inform the digital strategy and determine the long-term digital roadmap.
• Encourages progressive thinking and the pushing of boundaries.
• Performs project requirements gathering and definition through consultation with subject matter experts.
• Collaborates with external digital agency partners on a regular basis.
• Participates in business case development, writing, and delivery as well as ROI-projections.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience:
  Technology-related field.

• 9+ Years Related experience.

• Extensive knowledge of project management and advanced leadership skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong trusted relationships and foster collaboration and teamwork in a variety of settings.
• Advanced knowledge of project and portfolio management tools (i.e. Clarity, Visio, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Demonstrated effectiveness at using influence persuasion and negotiation to find agreeable exchange and reach positive outcomes.
• Master of complex facilitation and dependency management techniques (cross team, cross department).
• Ability to demonstrate and apply sensitivity to enterprise and bank points of view as well as understanding similarities and differences to create a balanced approach.
• Ability to engage the support and resources of others to achieve project goals and objectives; influencing without authority.
• Ability to enable individuals to work effectively as they plan, implement, and experience change.
