For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $98,400.00 - $ per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Seeking an experienced and highly skilled Business Intelligence Solution Architect who is excited about turning innovative ideas into powerful data driven solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end business intelligence solutions, encompassing database design, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and visualization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, data architects, and business stakeholders, to understand requirements, design scalable and efficient solutions, and ensure the availability of insightful visualizations and reports.

Your expertise will be crucial in driving data-driven decision-making and empowering the organization with actionable insights.

Succeeding in this role will require creativity and the ability to work autonomously to produce solutions with an emphasis on sales analytics and business intelligence reporting. This position will require complete end to end project ownership, including discovery meetings with stakeholders, architecture design, ETL and automation, and data visualization.

• End-to-End Solution Ownership: Lead the development, enhancement, and ongoing optimization of scalable BI solutions, acting as both architect and owner of key analytics capabilities.
• Analyze and Interpret Data: Utilize advanced technical skills in SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, and other analytical tools to perform deep-dive analyses and interpret complex data sets. Go beyond mere data extraction to uncover actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.
• BI Architecture & ETL Management: Design and maintain robust data architectures, managing ETL processes and ensuring data consistency, quality, and integration across systems.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Agile Execution: Act as a trusted partner to business leaders, translating analytics needs into clear deliverables and ensuring projects stay aligned with organizational goals.
• Project & Process Leadership: Operate with a high degree of independence, managing project timelines, aligning resources, and ensuring the timely delivery of impactful solutions. You will also be instrumental in driving Agile best practices within the team.
• Continuous Optimization & Data Governance: Champion best practices in data management, ensuring efficient processes, strong validation, and continuous improvement of BI methodologies.
