The role supports an enterprise environment with a strong focus on mobile technologies, including iOS, Android, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms. The position is contract-based and centered on supporting and managing mobile devices and cellular services for business operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on technical work and being the go‑to person for mobile support. You’ll work closely with an established mobile team, gaining exposure to enterprise‑scale device management, modern mobility tools, and real‑world operational challenges. It’s a great opportunity to sharpen your mobile support skills, learn advanced MDM practices, and maintain a solid work‑life balance in a structured support environment.
RequiredSkills & Experience
Experience supporting iOS and Android devices
Mobile Device Management (MDM) experience
Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support experience
Basic knowledge of Active Directory and two‑factor authentication
Experience with Microsoft Intune
Familiarity with eSIMs and cellular services
Experience supporting corporate Wi‑Fi environments
