• Minimum of 5 years in Solution Consulting, Presales, or UX-driven Technical Consulting within enterprise SaaS
• Experience with Service Now or similar enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Workday)
• Proven ability to integrate AI into work processes and decision-making
• Strong understanding of workflow automation and ITSM/CSM/HRSD processes
• Excellent presentation and executive communication skills

• Experience working within the Manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of GenAI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, or Conversational UX design
• Proficiency with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and App Engine Studio
