Litigation Associate - Computer Hardware & Software

Job Description

Finnegan’s Electrical and Computer Technology litigation and Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) teams continue to grow and are seeking mid-level to senior litigation associates with experience in computer hardware and software in our Atlanta, Georgia, Boston, Massachusetts, Palo Alto, California, Reston, Virginia, and Washington, DC offices.

Successful candidates must have 4-6 years of solid experience in patent litigation and inter‑parts review (IPR) proceedings before the PTAB. Must have at least 4 years solid litigation experience. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related degree required. Exceptional writing skills are a must. USPTO registration number preferred.

Annual Salary Range

$310,$390,000
