Creative Project Manager

10-Month Contract

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support creative, marketing, and operational initiatives by improving delivery, workflow clarity, and cross-team coordination. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to keep complex work moving and can use modern tools, including AI, to make teams more effective.

The ideal candidate brings structure without bureaucracy, understands how creative and marketing teams operate, and looks for ways to continuously improve how work gets done.

• Own end-to-end project delivery across creative, marketing, and operational work streams
• Manage timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communication to ensure consistent execution
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement process improvements to reduce friction
• Use tools, including AI-assisted workflows, to support planning, documentation, and delivery where it adds value
• Create and maintain clear project documentation, briefs, and timelines
• Partner closely with creative, marketing, and leadership teams to keep work aligned and moving
• Proactively identify risks and resolve issues before they impact delivery

• 5+ years of project or program management experience in agency, in-house, or consulting environments
• Strong experience managing creative and marketing projects
• Demonstrated ability to improve workflows and team efficiency
• Comfort using modern tools and platforms, including AI, to support execution
• Clear communicator who can manage competing priorities and stakeholders
• Ability to balance speed, quality, and accountability

• Experience working in hybrid or fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with creative, marketing, or content production life cycles
• Exposure to AI tools used for documentation, summarization, or process support
