Role: S/4 CRM Service

Type: Contract
Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant for USA onsite with expertise in SAP S/4
HANA Service, ERP Customer Service, CRM Service, and Warranty Claim Management. The role focuses on functional delivery, configuration, and business process alignment, ensuring successful implementations and support of service-related processes.
- Configure and support SAP Service processes including service orders, service contracts, billing, and customer request management.
- Implement and manage Warranty Claim Management: claim creation, validation, settlement, and integration with FI/CO and logistics.
- Deliver ERP Customer Service functionality: complaint handling, service notifications, resource assignment, and service billing.
- Execute data migration activities for service master data, contracts, warranty claims, and customer records using Data Migration Cockpit.
- Ensure integration with SD, Plant Maintenance, and Finance modules for seamless service flows.
- Utilize SAP Fiori apps and Analytics for service KPIs, dashboards, and reporting.
- Conduct requirement gathering, prepare functional specifications, perform testing, deliver user training, and coordinate with technical teams.
- Support multi-language and multi-country implementations, ensuring compliance with local tax and regulatory requirements.
- Provide consulting support for process optimization and continuous improvement in service management.
Skills & Qualifications
- 10-12 years of SAP functional experience with at least 3-4 full life cycle implementations, including 1-2 S/4
HANA project. - Strong expertise in SAP S/4
HANA Service, ERP Customer Service, CRM Service, and Warranty Claim Management. - Hands‑on configuration skills in service orders, contracts, billing, warranty claims, and customer service processes.
- Independent data migration experience for service and customer master data.
- Cross‑functional knowledge of SD, PM, and Finance modules.
- Strong documentation, testing, and training skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business language.
- Collaborative team player with experience in global delivery environments.
- Exposure to SAP Field Service Management (FSM) and integration with S/4
HANA Service. - Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology for S/4
HANA implementations. - Experience with SAP BTP extensions and AI‑driven service features.
