• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business needs.
• Analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for reporting and analytics projects.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy by conducting thorough data validation and troubleshooting.
• Assist in defining key performance indicator and reporting metrics.

• Proven experience in Tableau development, including dashboard design and optimization.
• 6+ year in experience in BI Tools and 3+ years of working experience in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Prep.
• Demonstrated ability to design, load and performance tune the STAR schema data model from the flat files.
• Good knowledge on SQL and data engineering best practices.
• Ensure data accuracy using data governance best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Ability to perform business analysis tasks, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and visualization.
• Excellent communication and verbal communication skills.
• Working experience on Microsoft Power BI is a plus.
