As an Enterprise Dev Ops / Dev Sec Ops  Architect, you will be involved in a combination of strategizing & designing transformation roadmaps, facilitation, mentoring, coaching and training teams to enable Dev Ops / Dev Sec Ops  adoption  needs to examine and analyze the client s development operations, define a robust Dev Ops / Dev Sec Ops  reference architecture & Target Operating model for the various products and technologies and work closely with various teams to deliver the same.

You should also be able to re-architect / architect Dev Sec Ops  / Dev Ops platforms for the client in line with Wipro's Dev Sec Ops  platform

• Enable Dev Ops / Dev Sec Ops  transformation for customers. Engage with the clients CXOs to define Dev Ops / Dev Sec Ops  adoption plan with short/medium/long term goals and develop the business case for change
• Design Dev Ops / Dev Sec Ops  reference architecture and blueprints to implement continuous exploration, continuous integration, continuous deployment, continuous testing, continuous monitoring and release automation solutions across different products / applications / technologies / domains. Define Target Operating model for Enterprise Dev Ops / Dev Sec Ops  adoption
• Work with the various teams to understand their Dev Ops / Dev Sec Ops  needs, identify best practices and tools relevant to the products and technologies involved. Provide technical leadership and guidance w.r.t. Dev Ops / Dev Sec Ops  adoption
• Advise product leadership and teams on how to translate current engineering, infrastructure and automation requirements into executable Dev Ops / Dev Sec Ops  technology solutions
• Conduct maturity assessment to improve engineering excellence
• Implement and maintain Dev Ops / Dev Sec Ops  tool chains for both centralized and federated Dev Ops
• Coach the team to ensure adoption. Coaches engineering teams on the new Ways of Working to improve Route to Live. Conduct training workshops on CI-CD/Dev Ops and related roles to clients, internal teams and other stakeholders
• Anchor the Dev Ops / Dev Sec Ops  solution for large RFP's. Participate in the practiuce sales initiative for opportunity shaping and closure

>10 YEARS.The expected compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $200,000 .Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
