The Desktop Support Technician will work with the IT Manager to support the setup of 62 workstations, including monitors, and assist with technology deployment and other IT operational initiatives.
Responsibilities- Install monitors and docking stations, and test for accuracy.
- Assist staff with connecting laptops to the docking stations.
- Provide audiovisual support to staff, including connecting to conference room equipment.
- Test server and workstation network connectivity.
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or a closely related field
- Two to four years of experience
- One year of desktop support experience.
- Experience installing and configuring monitors, docking stations, and peripheral devices.
- Experience providing in-person technical support to end users.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows 11.
- Experience supporting conference room audiovisual equipment and meeting technology.
- Experience supporting office relocations or large-scale workstation deployments.
- Experience with cable management and workstation organization.
Experience with Google Workspace.
