Hybrid In-House Counsel: SaaS & Privacy; Americas

Recorded Future, a leading cybersecurity intelligence company, is seeking an In-House Counsel to support our Americas business from SMB through Strategic accounts. This role is hybrid in Boston, requiring 2-3 days in the office and frequent collaboration with Sales, Rev Ops, and Finance.

You’ll draft and negotiate customer agreements, including MSAs, DPAs, and AI-related addenda, while gaining exposure to vendor, procurement, and marketing matters.
