The SME will be responsible for providing in-depth knowledge, strategic guidance, and hands-on support for ALM processes and tools, ensuring effective management and optimization of product development cycles. This role demands a deep understanding of ALM systems, requirements management, and a proven track record of working with Polarion and Jama.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in ALM systems management with a focus on Siemens Polarion and Jama Software.
- In-depth knowledge of product development and lifecycle management processes.
- Proficiency in requirements management, configuration management, and change control.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
- Relevant certifications in ALM systems and tools (preferred).
- Experience with other ALM tools and systems.
- Knowledge of Agile and Dev Ops methodologies.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements in relevant industries.
