Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Senior Manager / Agile Program Manager to lead enterprise AI platform delivery and AI agent initiatives. The role involves managing multi-team roadmaps, release planning, dependencies, governance, and transitioning AI agents from prototype to production.
Key Responsibilities- Own AI platform roadmaps, sprint/release planning, and cross-team delivery.
- Manage dependencies across AI engineering, security, infrastructure, and product teams.
- Evaluate AI agent use cases based on business value, data readiness, and risk.
- Establish production-readiness gates covering AI evaluation, security, monitoring, and rollback.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, architects, security, and engineering teams.
- Drive responsible AI practices, governance, auditability, and platform adoption.
- Track KPIs, including adoption, evaluation pass rates, incidents, delivery timelines, and cost.
- 8+ years of program, product, or technical delivery management experience.
- Strong Agile / SAFe delivery, release planning, and dependency management.
- Understanding of AI agents, LLMs, RAG, tool calling, and orchestration.
- SQL proficiency and ability to analyze logs, telemetry, and evaluation results.
- Hands-on use of ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools.
- Familiarity with Azure environments, identity, security, secrets management, and enterprise controls.
- Azure AI Foundry and Microsoft Fabric.
- AI evaluation frameworks, golden datasets, red-teaming, and Responsible AI.
- Production operations, SLOs, incident management, and on-call readiness.
- Financial services or other regulated-industry experience.
A proactive Agile leader with strong technical understanding of AI platforms, excellent stakeholder management, and experience driving AI solutions from prototype to production in an enterprise environment.
