You will learn to image systems with Intune, assist with ticketing via Sys Aid/Connect Wise, and help end-users via Teams or email. You will work with Active Directory and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Zoom, and Teams environments.
This role offers hands-on exposure to modern IT tools within a collaborative team and an emphasis on professional development in IT support and system imaging.
