Job Summary

The Senior Engineer will design, develop, deploy, and support integrations across an HR technology ecosystem. The role will work extensively with Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Snowflake, AWS, APIs, and third-party HR systems. Responsibilities include supporting data migration initiatives, API development, quarterly Oracle releases, production issue resolution, security and certificate management, and modernization of HR data platforms.

The role requires strong hands-on Oracle Integration Cloud experience and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, deploy, and support integrations across HR technology platforms
Develop and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Support Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) environments
Develop and support REST and SOAP API integrations
Support data migration initiatives involving AWS and Snowflake
Develop and maintain data integrations with third-party HR vendors
Support quarterly Oracle HCM Cloud releases and related integration activities
Troubleshoot and resolve production integration issues
Support security and certificate management activities
Work with SFTP, PGP encryption, and managed file transfer solutions
Support API Gateway and OAuth 2.0 implementations
Manage changes through Service Now Change Management processes
Contribute to modernization initiatives for HR data platforms
Collaborate with distributed teams and manage multiple concurrent projects

Required Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
Experience with Oracle BI Publisher (BIP)
Strong experience with Oracle REST and SOAP APIs
Strong Oracle PL/SQL and/or Snowflake SQL skills
Experience with Snowflake
Experience with AWS, including S3 and data migration initiatives
Experience with SFTP, PGP encryption, and managed file transfer solutions
Experience with API Gateway and OAuth 2.0
Experience with HR systems integration
Experience supporting production environments and resolving integration issues
Experience with security and certificate management
Experience working with Service Now Change Management
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and collaborate effectively across distributed teams

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) environments
Experience with Python for automation or integration-related activities
