Quality Assurance Specialist

• Analyze, design, build, and execute test cases for new and existing functionality.
• Maintain documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software.
• Plan, deploy, and troubleshoot QA tools, including Tricentis TOSCA and Impact Analysis/Live Compare for SAP.
• Analyze test results to ensure proper functionality and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with development engineers to resolve issues.
• Write and execute SQL queries against various data sources.
• Test web applications, standalone software, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Support training development and documentation.
• Prepare and deliver reports on software quality and project testing activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, or related field) or equivalent technical experience.
• Demonstrated experience applying industry-standard SQA practices.
• Experience with test management tools such as Jira.
• Strong skills in bug identification and tracking.
• Experience writing and executing test scripts.
• Ability to define test strategies and develop test plans.
• Monitoring of testing procedures and compliance.
• Experience in software validation and test-driven/unit testing.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Self-starter and independent problem solver.
• Experience with Tricentis TOSCA and SAP-related QA tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related STEM field — Required

Advanced degree in a related field — Preferred

Clearance:
Active Secret Clearance required at project start; candidates must be eligible for higher-level clearance if needed.

Work Location:

Hybrid; onsite 1–2 days/month. Candidate must be local at the start of the assignment.

First-round:
Zoom interview with hiring manager

Second-round:
Zoom interview with technical team (final may be onsite if local)
