** The opportunity
** Flywire is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to own and evolve our global digital marketing strategy and help shape how customers discover, understand and engage with Flywire across digital channels.

Digital discovery is changing quickly, with buyers increasingly turning to AI-powered search, large language models, social platforms and other digital experiences to research problems, evaluate vendors and make decisions.  This role will help ensure Flywire shows up wherever those conversations are happening.

Working across Flywire’s global verticals, including Education, Travel, B2B & Healthcare, this role will own key areas of digital acquisition, search, AI-driven discovery, website performance and conversion. They will combine strong digital marketing fundamentals with strong experience in emerging technologies, including AI, LLMs, AEO and GEO.This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who can set strategy, get hands-on in the work, and partner across teams to drive measurable results.

** What You’ll Do  Own Digital Growth & Discovery
*** Own Flywire’s global digital marketing strategy across organic search, paid search, AI-driven discovery, web and other digital acquisition channels
* Evolve Flywire’s SEO strategy while building our approach to Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
* Develop strategies to improve how Flywire and our content are surfaced, cited and represented across LLMs and AI-powered search experiences
* Monitor changes in search behavior, AI platforms and digital discovery and translate those shifts into actionable marketing programs
* Identify new channels and opportunities to increase awareness, engagement and qualified demand
** Drive Website Performance & Conversion
*** Own the performance of Flywire’s website(s) as a critical acquisition and conversion channel
* Partner with content, product marketing and demand generation teams to create high-performing digital experiences
* Improve conversion through testing, personalization, audience segmentation and journey optimization
* Use behavioral and performance data to identify friction and improve how prospects move from discovery to engagement
* Ensure our digital experience reflects how modern B2B buyers research and evaluate Flywire
