Who we are looking for

This is what you will do

We’re looking for a builder who wants ownership. You will establish and run DAM and Claims Library governance for US Rare, creating the tagging, claims, and lifecycle standards that keep content compliant and reusable across teams. You’ll train users, improve findability, and turn governance into a real speed advantage for our US programs. The result: lower risk, less rework, and faster delivery of the content our Rare communities rely on.

This program is already underway, and in 2026 we’re building the internal capability—you’ll be the founding owner who proves the model. As the model matures, you’ll help shape how this capability scales—potentially transitioning to a broader Marketing Operations run-state you’ve helped design and potentially expanding scope to our brands globally.

You’ll be responsible for:
  • Own governance for US Rare across DAM and the Claims Library—define metadata/taxonomy standards and controlled vocabularies.
  • Ensure claims traceability for every asset/module (source IDs, version lineage, rights/consent, expiry).
  • Run the lifecycle from creation → approval → reuse → deprecation/archive, with automated checks and alerts.
  • Be the compliance gate with Regulatory/Medical/Privacy; prepare for audits and quickly remediate findings.
  • Drive adoption—deliver training, playbooks, office hours, and a champion network so teams actually use the standards.
  • Improve findability & reuse—QA ingestion/tagging, partner with brand teams and agencies, and reduce rework.
  • Enable modular content—ensure components are structured/tagged for reuse and localization.
  • Make the data useful—publish dashboards on reuse, cycle time, and metadata quality;…
