Civil Grid is seeking a Senior or Staff UX Designer to shape how civil engineers, GIS teams, and field crews interact with dense spatial data. You’ll partner with PMs and engineers to take products from concept to shipped, polished experiences, raising the design bar across the team.
The role is hybrid, based in Boston, MA, reporting to the Head of Product. You’ll work closely with UX researchers to ground decisions in real workflows and deliver meaningful design improvements.
