Our national Healthcare client is seeking an ADP Workforce Now Expert Consultant for a 3–6 month engagement to provide hands‑on expertise, troubleshooting, optimization, and support across the ADP Workforce Now platform. This role is 100% remote
The ideal candidate is a true ADP Workforce Now guru who knows the system inside and out and can quickly identify issues, recommend solutions, improve processes, and train internal users. This is not a general HRIS role, we are looking for someone with deep, practical experience navigating and configuring ADP Workforce Now.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the internal subject matter expert for ADP Workforce Now.
- Assess the current ADP Workforce Now environment and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Troubleshoot complex system, configuration, reporting, payroll, benefits, and HR-related issues.
- Review and optimize existing workflows, processes, and system configurations.
- Ensure accurate employee data, organizational structures, workflows, and system setup.
- Develop, modify, and optimize ADP Workforce Now reports and analytics.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and other internal stakeholders to resolve system issues.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend more effective ways to leverage ADP Workforce Now.
- Assist with system configuration, testing, implementation of changes, and ongoing maintenance.
- Provide guidance on best practices and ensure the organization is utilizing the system’s capabilities effectively.
- Document processes, system changes, and recommendations.
- Train and coach internal users on ADP Workforce Now functionality as needed.
- Serve as the primary resource for questions and escalated ADP Workforce Now issues throughout the engagement.
- Extensive hands‑on experience with ADP Workforce Now.
- Must be considered a subject matter expert/guru in ADP Workforce Now.
- Strong understanding of ADP Workforce Now configuration, workflows, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Experience working across multiple ADP Workforce Now modules and functions.
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose system issues and develop practical solutions.
- Strong understanding of HR, payroll, benefits, and employee data processes.
- Experience optimizing existing ADP Workforce Now environments rather than simply using the system as an end user.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and quickly become effective within a new organization.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
