We seek professionals who have successfully led and delivered modern transformations..Key job responsibilities include:  Design and deliver telemetry-driven insights by integrating operational, endpoint, network, support, and employee experience data. Establish KPIs and baselines, identify trends and root causes, measure service improvements, and enable data-driven decision making through dashboards and analytics.

Travel may be required for this role.  The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here is what we need:

Minimum 4 years of experience in Endpoint Telemetry Minimum 4 years of experience in AI & Data Solution Architecture, Data Analysis & Interpretation Minimum 4 years of experience in Microsoft 365

Minimum 4 years of experience in Digital Experience Design Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience) Bonus:
