Solution Consultant - Scientific & Lab Informatics

Zifo is seeking a passionate Solution Consultant who can work at the intersection of business strategy, science, and technology to unlock greater value from scientific and operational data and systems. The role requires deepexpertisein scientific informatics, along with strongproductmanagement, technical business analysis, and change management capabilities.

This individual will partner closely with scientific stakeholders, IT teams, and businessleadersto defineproductvision, design high-value solutions, and ensure successful adoption. This role goes beyond delivery, serving as a trusted advisor to shape solutions that accelerate scientific processes, improve decision-making, and deliver measurable value.

• Establish and drive the lab informatics vision and product roadmap for customers, aligning initiatives to scientific and business outcomes while providing oversight to ensure consistency and strategic direction

• Define success metrics and KPIs aligned to business value

• Lead system modernization and digital transformation initiatives that accelerate scientific productivity, maximize data value, and drive integration across systems and platforms within connected lab environments, thoughtfully incorporating emerging technologies such as AI

• Partner with stakeholders to understand scientific, technical, and operational needs and translate them into scalable, high-impact solutions

• Design solution architectures and workflows, remaining hands-on in implementation to improve efficiency, usability, and overall solution quality

• Lead change management initiatives and drive adoption outcomes, conducting gap analyses to assess organizational readiness and establish scalable mitigation strategies

• Build deep, trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor to shape solutions and influence decision-making

• Proactively anticipate and identify customer challenges, clarify complex problems, and act decisively to resolve them

• Bachelor's or Master'sdegreeor equivalent inLifeSciencesor a related field

• Experienceinpharmaceutical, biotechnology, or broader life sciences environments, with a strong understanding of end-to-end drug development processes and the scientific and operational ecosystems that support them

• Exceptional communication skills,with experience leading successful cross-functional initiatives and managing stakeholders at multiple levels

• Demonstrated sense of ownership in the success of engagements with clients

• Demonstrated experience in product management, business analysis,and/or informatics strategy roles

• Proven experience with laboratory informatics systems (e.g., LIMS, ELN, scientific data platforms)

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC processes is a plus

• Willingness to travel/relocate based on project or business needs

• A strategic, big-picture thinker who can also execute effectively at a detailed level
