- Sr Associate/Associate Manager– Pharma Commercial Analytics

We are seeking an accomplished professional withexpertisein patient analytics, specializing in the Oncology Market. This role involvesdevelopingthecapability center inUS, working in close collaboration withoffshoreteam to lead Commercial Analytics projects as well as independently working with the client on ad hoc requests.

• Execute advanced secondary data analytics projects to address diverse business challenges, including HCP and patient analysis, market dynamics, customer journey insights, and managedmarketsanalytics.

• Act as a bridge between stakeholders, understanding business requirements, conducting relevant analyses, and delivering actionable insights.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring complex analytics are translated into clear business strategies.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum of4years in Pharma Commercial Analytics with a minimum of3years in the Oncology Domain.
  
  Team management experience will be a plus.

• Experience with patient journey,segmentation, targeting,field / leadership reporting.

• Great to have – independently working with client,leading Q  updates

• Required - hands-on patient analyticsleveragingclaims and secondary market data.

• Great to have – AI/ML modeling using patient level data

• Great to have – hands-on Marketing analytics experience such as Omnichannel, Next best action, marketing mix.

• Solid tumor experience

• Great to have –nonsolid tumor, rare disease, infectious disease

• Extensive experience with pharmaceutical datasets like IQVIA (LAAD,Xponent,Plan Trak, NPA, DDD, HCOS), and Symphony.

• Familiarity with data sources such as EHR, EMR, Biomarker testing.

• Great to have –Specialty Pharmacy, Hub Services, and Formulary.

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, SAS, or R (SQL, Python preferred).

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage in executive leadership.
