Senior Claims Specialist - Commercial Rideshare Litigation Injury Adjuster

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking a Senior Claims Specialist to handle complex commercial rideshare claims.

Hybrid work environment: remote for focused tasks with in‑person collaboration twice per month (within 50 miles of specified offices).

$74,000 - $139,000 per year (Base pay range).

• Plan and conduct investigations of claims (interviews, evidence collection, chain‑of‑custody).
• Refer to subrogation group or Special Investigations Unit as appropriate.
• Assess policy coverage, notify insured of issues, establish reserve requirements and adjust reserves.
• Assess damages, negotiate settlements within authority limits.
• Coordinate litigation activities, attend trials as company representative.
• Act as senior technical professional, mentor and train team members.
• Participate in Quality Review process.
• Participate in Suit Committees, Round tables, Arbitrations, Mediations, field investigations, closed file reviews.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Excellent interpersonal skills for communication and negotiation.
• Demonstrated leadership and time management skills.
• Expert knowledge in claims case handling, legal liability, insurance policy coverage, state tort laws; minimum 4‑6 years of related experience, including at least two years in a team leader capacity.
• Licensing required in some states.
