Job Overview – Bilingual Personal Lines Account Manager:

Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000/year + bonus

Schedule:

Monday to Friday (In-Office)
Our client is hiring a Bilingual Personal Lines Account Manager in Boston, MA,to manage personal insurance accounts and provide high-level client service across auto, home, renters, and umbrella policies. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed insurance professional fluent in both English and Spanish who enjoys building client relationships, handling renewals, and supporting account growth. Proficiency with AMS
360 is highly preferred for this role.Responsibilities as the Bilingual Personal Lines Account Manager:
  • Client Service & Retention: Manage personal lines accounts, handle policy renewals, process endorsements, and provide day-to-day client service.
  • Account Management: Assist with quotes, applications, and coverage changes for auto, homeowners, renters, and umbrella policies.
  • Client Communication: Serve as primary point of contact for clients in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear, professional service across all touchpoints.
  • Policy Review: Conduct annual reviews of client policies to ensure adequate coverage and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Agency Support: Utilize AMS
    360 for account documentation, reporting, and efficient workflow management.
Qualifications for the Bilingual Personal Lines Account Manager:
  • Language Requirement: Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Education: High school diploma required.
  • Experience:2-4 years of personal lines account management or CSR experience in an insurance agency or brokerage environment.
  • Licensure: Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in AMS
    360 and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Skills & Attributes:Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment.
