We are seeking an experienced leader to drive growth and client service for our largest Professional Service firms in the public accounting and management/technology consulting space. The role is hybrid, allowing both virtual and office‑based work.

Day‑to‑Day ResponsibilitiesManaging Director, Account Executive and Team Leader responsible for delivering risk financing consulting and transactional insurance/reinsurance broking services to the largest and most complex Professional Service firms.
Major Responsibilities Include- Identify, strategize and secure growth opportunities
- Lead and manage a team of specialty lines professionals
- Coordinate actuarial, captive and other consulting services
- Own senior specialty product lines such as professional liability, cyber liability, employment practices liability and directors & officers liability for assigned clients
- Maintain underwriting relationships and oversee product line marketing
- Negotiate with underwriters on complex renewals and new business
- Prepare and negotiate fee‑based pricing of services to ensure profitability
- Penetrate all product line offerings and match client needs with Aon solutions
- Leverage Aon resources and networks to serve clients globally
- Develop new client opportunities in the accounting, consulting and other professional service firm arena
- Analyze commercial risk financing programs and perform coverage comparisons
- Secure existing business and drive additional services across solution lines
- Identify and generate new penetration business opportunities and collaborate with producers
- Maintain up‑to‑date industry knowledge and introduce innovative ideas
- Travel internationally as required
- Proven high revenue‑generating track record
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong technical insurance knowledge in specialty lines
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Strong project management, analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate, coach and manage direct reports
- Results oriented
- Bachelor’s degree required (Actuarial or CFA designations considered, MBA or other graduate degree a plus, insurance licensing a plus)
- Minimum 15 years specialty insurance experience
- Experience in insurance and reinsurance broking, underwriting, actuarial, captive or commercial insurance/reinsurance; preferably in professional, financial or management liability lines
- Corporate risk management experience, especially in a professional services firm environment, considered

CompensationSalary range: $250,000 to $325,000 annually. Base salary plus annual incentive plan participation. Salary may be adjusted based on location.
